Après avoir commencé à traverser vers le nord pour y visiter une partie de la côte, nous avons changé de direction pour se rendre plutôt à Charlottetown et ensuite, prendre le traversier vers la Nouvelle-Écosse. C'est qu'il vente de face très fort et les vents s'annoncent pire pour l'après-midi. Le temps est gris et ce n'est pas chaud. Donc, avec un léger détour, on se rend à Charlottetown et arrêtons y manger un "fish and chips" frais et délicieux. Repas copieux et pas très santé.
On continue vers le traversier sur l'autoroute. Le vent est mieux, car il est de côté dos. Nous arrivons au parc provincial Lord Selkirk en fin d'après-midi. Tant bien que mal, on essaie de trouver un site à l'abri du vent. Mission quasi impossible.

Pas de photos de Charlottetown bien que c'est une très jolie ville.
Today we planed a trip to the north side of Prince Edward Island so north we went...... for about one hour! To much fighting against the wind, we decided to head east to Charlottetown instead. It was not a nice day at all, grey, cold, windy! I mean really windy! We got to Charlottetown just past noon on time for some fish and chips. In the afternoon, we went back on the highway east to reach Lord Selkirk provincial park to spent the night. After fighting the wind all day, we struggled to find an area to pitch the tent where we would not have to deal with that wind all night. So far the wind is the worse thing to deal with, according to me, and the rain is the least favorite for Bernadette!
