Nous sommes arrivés sur l'île de Terre-Neuve. Youpi! Il est 9h00 avec le changement d'heure d'une demie-heure. Nous sommes dans un brouillard partiel et c'est frais. Nous pédalons jusqu'en haut de la colline au centre d'info et y arrêtons le temps de se changer et de refaire nos sacs. À cause de tout ça, nous partons vers 10h30 et nous sommes à 120 km de la capitale.

Nous avons un vent de dos qui nous aide un peu. Les côtes ne sont pas aussi difficiles qu'attendu, mais ça monte et ça descend tout le long jusqu'à St.John's.

Un peu de difficulté à trouver les résidences de l'université, nous amène à faire un arrêt souper dans... Un Subway! Incroyable, mais vrai. Cet arrêt nous donne la chance de bien vérifier où se trouve le camping. Vive le Galaxy de Samsung!

À 19h30, soit 10 minutes plus tard, nous sommes au camping. Le couple de québécois rencontré sur le bateau y est aussi.

Il ne nous reste qu'une journée et nous avons atteint notre but.

Un paysage...


Pretty good night of sleep on the boat after all. We got up and went to the buffet, once again, for breakfast. The ferry got to Argentia at 9am, and it was a little bit foggy but only on the shore line of the island. Once on top of the first hill at the info center, it got pretty nice and warm. We took the time to change and pack the trailers and by the time we were finished it was already 10:30 with 130km to go to reach St-John's.
The road is hilly but everything went pretty smoothly since we got a nice tail wind pretty much all day.
We got to St-John's by 6 o'clock and we were hopping to find the university dorms but since they are renovating, we couldn't find the registration office. We gave up and went to Subway not to far from there since we were both starving.
As we were eating, we realized that the Pippy park campground was only 800m from the restaurant.
Once at the campground we realized that our tent neighbors were the couple we where hanging out with on the ferry.
